Anita Stolaruk, co-founder of BOSSRT (Beam On Staffing Solutions), is a radiation oncology leader and workforce development advocate committed to strengthening the future of radiation therapy.
Anita holds a Bachelor of Science in Radiation Therapy from Baker College and a Master's degree from the University of Toledo. With 20 years of experience in radiation oncology leadership, her career encompassed clinical radiation therapy, dosimetry, education, operations, and workforce development, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the radiation oncology field.
In addition to her clinical and leadership experience, Anita spent 12 years as an instructor at Baker College, helping educate and prepare future radiation therapy professionals for successful careers. Her experience as both an educator and radiation oncology leader has given her firsthand insight into the transition from the classroom to the clinical environment and the importance of providing new and developing therapists with strong mentorship, practical experience, and professional support.
Recognizing the growing need for highly skilled radiation therapists and the challenges healthcare organizations face in recruiting and retaining qualified professionals, Anita co-founded BOSSRT to bridge the gap between education, clinical training, and opportunity.
BOSSRT is designed to provide aspiring and developing radiation therapists with meaningful fellowship-based training, hands-on clinical experience, professional development, and career support, while helping radiation oncology practices and cancer centers connect with qualified talent.
Anita's vision is to create more than a staffing company. She is building a career pipeline for radiation oncology—one that invests in people, develops exceptional therapists, and helps organizations build stronger, more capable teams.
Through BOSSRT, Anita brings together her experience in radiation oncology, leadership, education, and operations to create opportunities that benefit both sides of the industry: developing the next generation of radiation therapists while helping cancer centers find the talent they need.
